Exchanges
At Pamela Carats, we do not offer refunds.
We only accept exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Exchange eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear
- With its corresponding certificates
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to request an exchange
- Contact us at mail@pamelacarats.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
- We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Exceptions
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and ensure you receive the correct piece at no additional cost.
