Care instructions

Fine Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly.

We suggest taking off your jewelry before - applying lotion, exercising, washing dishes, etc.. lay it out flat or put it in your PC microfiber pouch to avoid tangling and scratching.

To clean your jewelry, use your CARATS Foam Cleaner or any dish soap and with a soft toothbrush gently scrub the metal and diamonds.
Delivery and return

All shipments are fully insured. If the item is in stock, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination ZIP code. If the item is a pre-order, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery.

We do not accept returns of any kind. However, we do offer exchanges on non-personalized pieces only.
